Weingut Audacia Wines
Audacia is a 32 ha large winery in a very special location in South Africa's top wine region. It is located in the so-called 'Golden Triangle' of Stellenbosch, a unique patch of land at the foot of the Helderberg Mountains. This area is special because it is the place where South Africa's best red wines, especially Shiraz, are grown and produced.
This, together with the fact that its vineyards are planted exclusively with red grape varieties, is why Audacia calls itself "The Red Wine Boutique Winery".
Winemaker Michael von Niekerk is a promising and dynamic star in the wine industry with great talent, confidence and potential. His excellent wines produced from grape varieties such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Roobernet have won an impressive 89 awards to date.
