Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Curry Premium Wines oHG, Landsberger Strasse 63b, 86938 Schondorf am Ammersee, service@wein-deko.de, Germany, Telephone: 08192934715) by means of a clear explanation (e.g a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may do so using the attached withdrawal form, however, it is not mandatory to make use of this template. The withdrawal term shall be deemed met if your note of withdrawal has been sent before the withdrawal deadline.


Cancellation consequences

Should you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs as a result of choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this agreement. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for any repayment fees. We will collect the goods; the direct costs of returning the goods will be for your account. The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
