Privacy statement

Data privacy statement
We appreciate your interest in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Please find below details about the handling of your data.

1. Access data and hosting
You can visit our website without providing personal information. With every access of the website, the webserver automatically saves only a so-called server log file, that contains e.g. the name of the requested file, your IP-address, date and time of access, the amount of transferred data and the requesting provider (access data), and that records the access.

These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring a trouble-free operation of the site as well as the improvement of our offer.

In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. F DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation) this serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in the context of a weighing of interests.
All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your page visit

Hosting services by a third party

As part of a processing on our behalf, a third party provides the services for hosting and displaying the website.
This serves to safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in the context of a weighing of interests.
All data collected as part of the use of this website or in designated forms in the online shop as described below will be processed on its servers.
Processing on other servers takes place only as explained here.
This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data collection and use for contract processing and opening a customer account

We collect personal information if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when contacting us (for example, by contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. Obligatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data for contract execution, or to process your contact request, or for opening the customer account, and you cannot complete the order and / or opening the account without their information, or cannot send the contact request. From the respective input forms, you can see which data are collected. We use the data communicated by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO for contract handling and processing of your inquiries. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted to further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data, or we reserve the right to further data use as legally permitted and about which we inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by a message to the contact option described below or via a designated function in the customer account.

3. Data transfer

For fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO we pass on your data to the shipping company responsible for the delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward the collected payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and/or any payment service or payment service provider commissioned to process the payments. Partly, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided that you create an account there. In this case, you must sign in to your account at the payment service provider with your access data during the order process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

Data transfer to shipping service providers
If you have given us your express consent during or after your order, we will forward your e-mail address to the selected shipping service provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination.
The consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below.

After revocation, we will delete your data provided for this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data use as permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.
