The Bellevue Reserve Collection Tumara is a high-end red wine cuvée in classic Bordeaux style. Treatment in the cellar

The five grape varieties of this high-dose cuvée were hand-picked and seaparate fermented. The juice spent a period of 24 hours on the skins before being spiked with selected yeasts to kick-start fermentation. The fermentation temperature was maintained at a regulated 26- 28˚C, regular pumping over ensured maximum flavour and colour extraction.
