Black Elephant Vintners The Fox & The Flamingo Rosé 2024

Only the free-run juice of selected Pinotage grapes was used in the production of this crisp rosé, in order to obtain only a delicate rosé tone in the wine and to minimize phenolic extraction from the skins, as well as to preserve the natural acidity in the wine. The juice was left to rest overnight and the following day selected yeast cultures were added to start the fermentation process. Fermentation took place at cool controlled temperatures to optimize the aroma as well as flavor profile of the rosé.
