Fundação Eugénio de Almeida is a non-profit organization in Portugal's Alentejo region. The estate's flagship wine is the Pêra Manca, made from the grape varieties Aragonez and Trincadeira - truly a wine of the highest quality.

Equally popular is the Cartuxa, which owes its name to the Santa Maria Scala Coeli Monastery, better known as the Cartuxa Monastery. Even today ten monks of the Cartuxa order live in a world of silence that is rarely disturbed. Under this patronage, the traditional Cartuxa wines were created.
