Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Chardonnay 2023

The grapes from the different vineyard parcels were harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately. All grapes spent 12 to 24 hours of extended contact on the skins before the free-running juice was transferred to the tank. The wines were fermented at low temperatures with selected yeast strains. After fermentation was complete, the wine matured on the lees for another four months before the various components were blended.
