Lomond Merlot Rosé 2022

The hand-picked grapes were lightly crushed upon arrival at the cellar, and only the pure free-run juice was used for further production to maintain optimal purity of color and flavor in the wine. The juice was left to rest in a cool place overnight and the next day the settled and clear juice was racked off, selected yeasts added and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After completion of fermentation, the wine was racked off the yeast and still stabilized and filtered before bottling.
