De Krans Premium Moscato Perlé 2024

The grapes for this dessert wine were harvested in the early hours of the morning at a cool temperature and on arrival at the winery were completely destemmed, crushed and placed in tanks where the juice was carefully separated from the skin. The juice was left in tanks by pure gravity and left to rest overnight. The next day, the clear juice was filled into stainless steel tanks where selected yeast cultures were added and fermented at a controlled 14°C until the desired degree of dryness was achieved. After the fermentation was completed, the wine was blended with muscatel juice and CO2 in order to transfer a nice sweetness and a pleasant perlage to the wine.
