Neil Ellis is one of the most famous and talented winemakers on the South African Cape.
After a long solo career together with partner Hans Peter Schroder, today the team is additionally supported by young, creative and dedicated winemakers. Their philosophy is based on the knowledge that each grape variety has its own and different demands on soil and climate, which cannot always be achieved in the vineyard. That is why we carefully select suitable locations in different regions for the grape varieties.
